1. Where possible our stock shall be sent 2nd class post on the day or day after the order is recieved (not including Sundays).
If the item is not in stock we shall make contact and explain how long the product is due to arrive.
2. If you decide to cancel an order please contact us A.S.A.P, there is no charge to cancel an order.
3. We are happy to give refunds on damaged stock within a week of the customer contacting us either via phone or e-mail .
4. If a product fails to reach you within 10 working days please contact us and we shall contact royal mail with our proof of postage.
